ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At THD Hair, our hair products are supplied on a pre-order and made-to-order basis. Wigs are manufactured according to the specifications selected at checkout, while bundles and lace products may undergo additional sourcing and processing to achieve the requested finish.

As orders are prepared specifically for fulfilment following purchase, all purchases should be considered a firm commitment.

THD Hair does not offer discretionary cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their chosen length, texture, density, lace type, wig cap size and delivery information before completing checkout.

Once an order has entered processing or production, amendments cannot be guaranteed.

Products that qualify as goods made to a customer’s individual specifications are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Where applicable, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact thdhairltd.enquiries@gmail.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and supporting photographs.

All concerns will be reviewed individually and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
