SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing & Delivery

At THD Hair, we aim to ensure every order is carefully sourced, prepared and packaged before reaching you.

Please allow 7–12 working days for your order to be processed and delivered. This timeframe includes sourcing your hair, receiving your products from our supplier, preparing your order, dispatch and delivery.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Although we aim to fulfil orders within this timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. Should a significant delay arise, we will endeavour to keep you informed.

UK Shipping

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, charged at a flat rate of £8 per order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed next-day service.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at thdhairltd.enquiries@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 12 working days, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household, neighbours and any designated safe places before contacting us.

We will investigate missing deliveries with Royal Mail and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Orders for Special Occasions

If you’re ordering hair for an upcoming appointment, holiday, wedding or special event, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

We cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date.
