Welcome to THDHAIR. By accessing our website or purchasing from our collection, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by THD HAIR. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THD HAIR.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
THD Hair specialises in premium human hair wigs, bundles, lace products and hair care accessories.
Many of our products are sourced, processed or manufactured following purchase rather than held as ready-to-ship stock.
Our wigs are manufactured according to the specifications selected at checkout, including length, texture, density and cap size.
We endeavour to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs and information. However, minor variations in natural hair colour, texture and appearance may occur.
3. ORDERS & PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections before completing checkout.
Please ensure that your chosen length, texture, density, lace type, cap size and delivery information are correct.
Once an order has entered processing or production, amendments cannot be guaranteed.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues or product unavailability.
Where an order is cancelled by us, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
4. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to update product prices without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by law.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.
5. PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 7–12 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.
This timeframe includes sourcing, manufacturing or preparing the hair, receiving the products from our supplier, packaging and delivery.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, charged at £8 per order.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products and the preparation involved, THD Hair does not offer discretionary cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Products genuinely made to a customer’s individual specifications may be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
For products that do not qualify for an exemption, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us promptly so that the matter can be investigated and resolved in accordance with consumer law.

7. PRODUCT CARE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for following appropriate hair care and maintenance practices.
Excessive heat, chemical processing, improper installation, bleaching and unsuitable products may affect the appearance and longevity of hair extensions and wigs.
We recommend consulting a qualified professional before undertaking significant chemical treatments.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods were faulty or not as described when supplied.
8. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY & PAYMENT DISPUTES
THD Hair reserves the right to review transactions where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent activity or unauthorised payment use.
Relevant order records, customer correspondence, product preparation evidence and delivery confirmation may be used to investigate or respond to payment disputes.
Suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities where warranted.
Nothing in these terms restricts a customer’s right to raise a legitimate chargeback or exercise statutory consumer rights.
9. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original THD Hair branding, logos, product photography, written content and website materials belong to THD Hair or their respective rights holders.
Unauthorised commercial reproduction or use of our protected materials is prohibited.
10. WEBSITE USE
Customers agree not to misuse our website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with website functionality or engage in unlawful activity through our services.
We reserve the right to take reasonable action where misuse is identified.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or applicable statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from customers’ improper use, handling or maintenance of products, except where otherwise required by law.
